Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with members and addressing their needs.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while preparing food and beverages.
Requirements:
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Passion for health and fitness is a plus!
- Must be at least 18 years old.
